Traditional good quality and value charity shop.
Leonard Cheshire Disability is a charity supporting journeys towards independence. All the money raised in this shop supports services for disabled people in and around Dorchester. Currently we around 30 disabled people live with support in local houses in Dorchester and Weymouth.
The shop provides good quality items of women's, men's and children's clothing, bric-a-brac, toys, games, books and homewares at great prices. We also accept good quality donations and are always in need of volunteers.
Our pricing policy ensures quick stock turnover and we have many regular donors who provide us with interesting stock.
The shop is run by a Manager with 1 assistant who are supported by a team of volunteers. We provide friendly service and welcome regular customers and visitors to the town.
The shop is currently undergoing refurbishment in the next few months. We are looking to enhance our staff with a new team of volunteers.
Please let Leonard Cheshire Disability know that you found them via the dorchesterdorset website when you visit or call. Giving this feedback will be very helpful to our future development.
