Job Description
37 hours per week Magna Housing Ltd is currently recruiting a Finance Assistant to work within its Finance Department. The successful candidate will have a role working in the purchase ledger section and their duties will include: - • registering, scanning, coding and updating of purchase ledger invoices • making manual and electronic payments to suppliers • the reconciliation of supplier statements • bank and control reconciliations • dealing with supplier queries • petty cash transactions • month ends reports and reconciliations • opportunities for other ad hoc duties We are looking for a committed, self-motivated, positive and pro-active individual with previous experience of purchase ledger. The ability to meet deadlines is essential whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. An AAT qualification is desirable but not essential.
