Job Description
This is a temporary contract for a period of up to 2 years Magna Housing Ltd requires a Project Support Administrator to work as part of a new project team whose primary function will be the implementation of a modern IT housing management system. Providing high quality services to our customers is our goal and the work will be demanding, complex but ultimately rewarding. Key responsibilities include: Providing administration and support to the project team; Organising meetings and training; Managing change control procedures in the project; Liaising with our customers. You should be able to demonstrate: Experience of MS office and MS Project; Experience of meeting demanding targets; Ability to communicate to a variety of audiences; Ability to manage your own time; Tenacity and drive; Aptitude and enthusiasm for the job in hand.
